This was a life saver for my husband. He doesn’t use insulin but needs to keep his medications refrigerated and he travels very often. This case is perfect for that, the ice packs hold well for flights that last 8 hours; just make sure you keep them in the freezer until ready to leave the house/hotel.

I use this for my trip overseas in December and it was terrific. It kept my medication called the entire trip over because of those frozen packets that they give you. If you’re going away for a month and you need to bring your medication that needs to stay cold. This is what you need to get!

Purchased this for my boyfriend to carry his insulin when we travel. It's big enough to hold 3 insulin pens as well as supplies. He was also able to get his daily med cassette sleeve into the bag. It comes with 4 little freezable ice packs. We took all 4 with us but only froze 2. It worked well for our short 4-hour flight. If we were traveling longer, we would have used all 4. It was a good size to put into his backpack when we did excursions, particularly in warmer climates.

I recently bought two of these, one for my husband, and another for our adult daughter. These are perfect if you need to take your insulin to work, on a trip, or if you have a long commute. Everything about these are more than satisfactory & you can't put a price on peace of mind!

This was nice but a little to small for my medicine. Also, the frozen packs didn’t last that long at all. It was good for a few hours tops

I tested this product at room temperature (22°C).After24 hours I open the bag inside was at room tempature.Ice pad did not last more than approx 9 hours.I will continue more test. I continue the test. You are okay up to 12 hours to keep the tempature around 8°C. If you keep the bag in the fridge and add the ice pack right after taking out of fridge it may go up to 14 hours
