I want to share what I have learned about this supplement and others. This product is quality and is chelated, which simply means it is absorbed into the body much more effectively and quicker. I've been using it for a few years now and highly recommend it.

I always trust a throne product above all others. It may be a little more expensive, you know you’re getting a quality product that the company will stand brining. I don’t consume a lot of dairy, this dosage has been the perfect amount to use to supplement my intake.

I like Thorne supplements. I've been taking these calcium capsules for several weeks. They are easy to swallow. They dissolve fast...I tested them. They haven't upset my stomach. The issue I usually encounter with calcium supplements is constipation...so far...that hasn't been a problem. I recommend this supplement.

*Updated review. Though the product still isn’t right for me, the sellers response was exceptional! I will continue to order products from this seller!I thought I’d try a new calcium supplement, big mistake. These upset my stomach and cause acid reflux. Maybe it’s the MC triglyceride oil? Going back to my old supplements, this was a waste of money!!

Not quite sure how to review this.Dr said I’m at the age where I need to start taking a calcium supplement, so I’m taking these. Are they working? I don’t know. Do I feel differently? No. Do I like taking 2 large calcium pills a day? Not really. They’re not overly large, just your normal size supplement capsules.Anyhow, I rarely go to the dr so I likely won’t know if these are a benefit anytime soon.I have not noticed any adverse reactions either, so that’s good.
