No. This is a centrifugal juicer. If I had it to do again, I would buy the Omega VRT350 Heavy Duty Dual-Stage juicer.

Is this only gor fruit no veggies?

Fruit and veggies work just fine in it

Omega themselves offer replacement parts - have had mine for a couple of years and the previous one for over a decade. Short of losing a part you should be fine for quite awhile - it’s a solid and pretty quality build. I think I recall a replacement parts ordering sheet comes with it, though I never used it .

Can it make walnut oil?

I suppose you could use it for grinding them but you'd still need a press.
