I bought this for my husband for Christmas and I couldn’t have picked a better gift. He loves omelets and this contraption does not disappoint. It cooks perfect, fluffy, moist omelets every time (& I’m not particularly a lover of omelets & even i like them). He has started sautéing various veggies at the beginning of each week & bagging them up, so he’ll throw some of those in with cheese and eggs & have a quick, nutritious breakfast in no time. Super easy to clean, too. Kudos to whomever invented this device!

Dozens of recipes for all kinds of omelets including dessert omelets. Having a ball trying them out!

I wasn't impressed by the recipes in this book. It was not worth the money.

I bought this to go with an omelet maker for my son this past Christmas and I must say that the results after several recipes were excellent. Both he and I have loved the ideas that this book has brought out. I only wish there might have been a few color pictures to make this book perfect.
