bought this backpack for my husband's commute to work. he doesn't have a laptop just documents, some lunch box and an umbrella. it looks smart and the outer build seems sturdy. however the zip of the back pocket is faulty. the other zips are okay but could be of better quality. we are keeping it as he doesnt need the back pocket much and we are having faith that the one year warranty will cover further damage in the near future. and Amazon kindly offers some goodwill discount. one other negative thing is that the front pocket does not expand too much, and the main compartment does not have small pockets to organise the bits and bobs. all in all, it's smart and i think is one of the better looking ones but may not be too practical for the purpose my husband wants it for, perhaps one of the other ones with better organisational pockets could have been a better choice.

Item arrived following day- standard delivery. Haven't removed from plastic covering as it's a gift, but it looks ideal and just as described.

I love this bag better than a Samsonite that my wife bought me.
