Highly recommended for the healing of your broken, lost soul❤️
First and foremost - I would applaud myself for finally finishing this one off - No, Not because if was not worthy of it but BECAUSE IT FELT SO REAL, SO RELATABLE THAT I HAD TO GO DAYS BEING STRONG ENOUGH TO MOVE ON TO THE NEXT LETTER.Dear Stranger is not merely a book. It is a reflection of your soul, of the pain you endure and the struggles you come across in your life. Every word, every line, every para and every letter will hit you as if it is you being talked about and the positivity it leaves you towards the end is something holding on to.Ofcourse, the human tendency is that we do need reassurances at every nook and corner and this book shall give you that whenever you will turn towards it. Just be strong enough to not to let that emotion engulf you again.I am high on EQ and hence, this book seemed to have reached to a level where I will always look upto it but maybe will never read the entire letter completely. Will just take the positivity the author sends towards the end. But one thing is for sure.. You are not alone when you feel life is crumbling or you are fighting. There is a whole new world of strangers who are just like you, and will be there in a better way than the ones who are around you!!

Best for mental health
This book is divided into 30 letters. That is the 30 problems one can go through. From pain, emptiness, anxiety, insomnia, negativity, health, love, friendship, happiness etc.Every letter start with a positive poem that made me addicted to this bookEvery one at some point of time they gone through depression but most of them felt ashamed and guilt to raise or share a thing about it. But this man is amazingWhile going through every page and every word in this book it's like a feeling that he was really sitting beside me and talking, listening, sharing things with me. His writing style and approach is amazing. Most of the people in the present society wants a heart to hear about the things they are undergoing for them this book work like a healer more than a medicine.May be all 30 letters aren't suitable to all, read what you want from the book, simply judging the book by reading the thing which you don't need is a futile attempt. If you feel alone, wandered, suffocation of thoughts, low, left then simple pickup this book and drown into it. Surely you will again connect to your path ( thank me later)Book cover and its theme was perfect for the book like this.Dear reader he will understand about the things you are going through because once upon a time he was in your shoes.....!

Really really helpful.
For all the strangers fighting the dark days. I’ll always write about you, for you, to you.---DEAR STRANGER, I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL- a journey to hope & healingashish.bagrecha westland_booksThis book is a collection of 30 letters.. letters written by the author on various topics/ mental health issues..🎈things we may be going through but maynot be able to share openly..things we may need help/ support with..but maynot get it or be able to ask for it.The author says..there was a time, he fought with depression & therefore, understands the trauma.. helplessness..the feeling..well.He intends to help people who are struggling.." the truth is you are at war with yourself that’s why you find yourself at war with others."" because that is life after all: an unending series of challenges we must face and fight against for happiness and, sometimes, sanity."The 30 letters are on;Pain, emptiness, anxiety, insomnia, heartache, loss, negativity, self- harm, identity, hope, patience, forgiveness, healing, health, positivity, second chances, love, family, friendship, self- awareness, purpose, dreams, hardwork, success, failure, kindness, gratitude, about the universe, about life & death and about happiness. The letters need not be read in any particular order..one can read the topic which one relates to at the moment..I, personally found his work very positive & something I would like to keep in my go- to bookshelf when am feeling low.---Here's a little something from me:Dear Stranger,I know you are a fighter. A survivor, juggling 'n' no. of tasks & emotions in a day. I know, you are putting your mental & physical strength to extreme limits, at times.Do not stop. Do not stop your hussle. Keep on working for what seems right to you. Listen to your heart. But donot drain yourself. Do things that make you happy. Take a power nap. Spend time with nature. Dance to your fav. song. Play with kids in the park. Borrow a cycle & try it for 5 mins. Fly a kite. Go for a spa. A short walk. Anything that brings you joy.And then straighten that crown 👑 & hussle.Love ❤️,Noor.---
