Excellent quality for the first year
failed after 1 year and 4 months, has a 3 year warranty, (painlessly) RMA'd via ViewSonic.hopefully the next one lasts longer. 2 stars for now...

these are amazing monitors. If not
If used with an wireless HDMI Transmitter, these are amazing monitors. If not, then changing a usb stick everytime you need to change content will get tedious

Be very careful if you're looking for a good brand name ... very poor warranty!!
Because I live in St John Virgin Islands and there was no direct shipping, I asked a friend to purchase the display on my behalf and send it to me. Unfortunately the display broke in less a year. Again because I live far away from any service center I need a good warranty. Upon seeing that this display offered a 3 year manufacturers warranty that suited me. I am surprised to hear that the manufacturers warranty is voided when sold by certain Amazon vendors?? This was never mentioned a the point of sale otherwise I would not have purchased it.This display was used less than 8 hours p/day (rated 24/7) and it lasted about 10 months before the screen died. I feel tricked!!!I always look for a strong company with a good name and especially a good warranty. I thought dealing with NEC and Amazon were good enough names, but seemingly not.This problem is ongoing and I will continue this report
