very great product,, but usb is not working

Bought this for gaming.. especially bgmi/pubg. I bought this product as a replacement to cosmic byte h11 which i used for 3 days and returned because footsteps were not clear.Performance: This headphone have very low bass as expected of a gaming headphone, so the gun sounds are good (ears will not hurt)and footsteps are very clear. In my opinion if you choose high bass headphone for shooting games, the gunshots will be very loud...so during a fight you can't hear footsteps.Comfort : for the the first time you put this on you'll feel slight discomfort (because it is tight) but by little time of usage you'll be very comfortable. Ear cups are very big so your ears will be fully inside the cups. Cushion is very soft and the weight is very less.Mic: performs very wellBuild quality is good.. not the great.Dont buy this for music, as i have said the bass are very low. I'm not a bass guy. I usually prefer low bass... But even for me this headphone provide very low bass.I bought this for 698..at this price range go for nothing else if you are looking for a gaming headphone.Package was just a hard paper bag and this headphone inside. My package didn't have any bends but its a miracle it came in one piece on this kind of package.

Quality of sound and bass is great but only downside is the material of ear padding it fell sweaty in hot days.

Actually when I recieved it the mic on off wasn't working but after replacement it was fine and in starting you may find it uncomfortable after 1hr only but slowly after few days for me it became comfortable even after 2.5to 3hrs so it actually depends on the use and headsize and most important I actually by mistake ordered this one is without rgb other all good sound quality in this budget.
