Lifesaver for 16" M1 max MacBook Pro
I've been looking for a power source for my 16" MacBook Pro that can help me get through a full work day (8-12 hours) without my battery getting too low. Enter the Imuto. With my MacBook Pro fully charged, with an external SSD attached via Thunderbolt 4 running processor intensive apps like Final Cut Pro or Photoshop, I can get a solid 6 hours of work in on it. When the battery starts to get low... down to 20-30%, I can plug in the Imuto and it will charge my MacBook Pro all the way up to 90% within an hour or two, allowing me to get another 5-6 hours of work done. All without having to plug into a wall outlet, which isn't always available in my line of work. I no longer have to worry about looking for a place to plug in wherever I go. As long as I charge the Imuto up at night, I'm good to go the next day, no matter how long I need my laptop for. The best part... the Imuto fully charges up in a couple hours. Probably less. I just know I plug it in, come back a couple hours later, and it's at 100%. It also doesn't require any need to hit a power button. Just plug it in to the laptop and it automatically detects it's plugged in and starts charging up whatever needs to be charged up. I'd imagine this thing would last days for charging phones or tablets. Awesome device in a small form factor (it's face is smaller than most cell phones, and it's about an inch-and-a-half thick). Perfect to stow away in my laptop briefcase.

quite happy so far, able to charge my legion gaming laptop
Yes, I already have tons of other battery packs already, I still got this because of the high charge power (100W), I acquired a Lenovo Legion Pro 5 (2023) during the holiday season and later to find out it was very picky about the pd charging. Tried anker 140w battery pack and it just won't work. Read the reviews on reddit and found out imuto are one of the few battery packs that will work. The result is positive, I'm able to get the battery pack to charge at 100W to the legion laptop. Only thing a bit weary of the battery pack gets quite hot when charging at a higher wattage. I can't speak of the longevity since I just got it recently, but overall I'm still quite happy with its performance, it's a bit chunky but packs with a lot of power. I will update my review if anything goes haywire.

X6G won't charge. Product/Customer support non-existent
I was excited to receive my Imuto 100W 27200mAh X6G portable charger: the specs are exactly what I'm looking for and the device itself looks great. But it appears to be defective and I'm extremely disappointed by the complete lack of product information or customer support.Out of the box the battery pack read 72% charged. After 4 hours plugged into an 85W USB C power source it still read 72%.Plugged it into my laptop long enough to confirm it delivers power at 100W at least. After 2 minutes the X6G dropped to 71% charge. After several more hours of charging - using the provided cable (confirmed working) - trying a couple of different, working, suitable power supplies - testing both the 100W and 60W USB C ports - with the power on the battery pack both on and off - the X6G portable charger has not shown any sign of increasing charge. It still reads 71%.Either the charge meter is defective or the device is not accepting an input charge. There is no support available from the manufacturer: The included "manual" is useless. The listed imuto.net website is nothing but (non-product) stock photos and links that don't go anywhere. Third party product manual sites have info for some other Imuto products but not the X6G model or anything comparable. Email to the provided [email protected] customer support address bounced back as undeliverable. It's disappointing. I think I'd be very happy with this portable charger if it actually worked, but with this track record I'm not sure if it's worth the time and trouble to get a second one with the hope these issues are just a fluke if that means dealing with another return and waiting another couple of weeks to get a functioning 100W portable battery.imuto support: if this is something you can troubleshoot or correct please feel free to contact me. I really would like this exact device if I could one that works reliably, but I literally don't know any other way to reach you or find additional information about the product or issue.

Recommended - Excellent for travel and charging MacBook Pro (14") and iPad Pro 12
I have a MacBook Pro (14", 2020 M1) and iPad Pro 12 and needed a battery that could charge these devices while traveling. The Imuto delivers on that. Convenient size, capacity falls just below the TSA permitted Li-Ion battery size, relatively light weight but more specifically, it can charge USB-C at a genuine 60 watt output. I am using USB-C cables that have the wattage displayed digitally.I have been able to get one full charge on the MacBook Pro 14 and 3+ on the iPad. I have tried this on my MacBook Pro 16 but could only get some charging and the battery was drained very quickly. But for my business needs, the Imuto is ideal for the smaller MacBook and iPad. Combined with the longer life batteries in those devices, it is possible to get through an entire day of steady use without needing the wall charger.Recharging with a 100w USB-C took about 90 minutes. The Imuto gets hot in the process. I found that it charges also at 60w using a 3a cable but takes a lot longer. The fast recharge at 100w is very convenient but am concerned about the heat.Overall, I am happy with the purchase and recommend it for power needs similar to mine. I liked it so much, I purchased a second one for my wife. Recommended.
