I have tried this and it is almost painless. But I found the hair removal doesn’t last as long as an epilator, although that isn’t painless. Far from it. But with an epilator the hair diminishes over time. This lasts longer than a razor so I would recommend it over that. I will keep it to try on more delicate areas where I can’t use the epilator. I tried it on my face and it was red and sore for a couple of days, it got a lot of the hair off but not all. I will be persevering with it as I think it’s very good and useful.

I bought this for my teenage daughter who wanted to start shaving her legs. I wanted an alternative to shaving for her so she didn't have to put up with the next day stubble you get from shaving.... or the pain of epilating. I have been epilating my legs for years and the hairs come out easily, so I tried the crystal first. The hairs did come out, although it takes longer than shaving, and 2 days later I am starting to get stubble growing back.... so, unfortunately I don't think this is a great alternative to shaving. It may be better for the environment though, depending on how long it lasts for, as no disposing of blades.

It’s happened!! I’ve become one of those people who in my generation were lured in by TV Shopping Channels and bought absolute rubbish that you didn’t need it didn’t work!!Todays version is TikTok, Instagram and Reels!! I bought this after seeing it on TikTok (I don’t know what I’m doing on there at 40!) and it’s now the beginning of the end!!This is AMAZING!! Legs, Pits and Bits are all either naked or well shaped now!! Best part….NO ITCHING LIKE IVE GOT FLEAS! You know what I mean? That itchy after shave red bump stubble that grows back and attaches to whatever you’re wearing!!Now…..what’s next on TikTok?!? Oohhhhh look at that veg slicer……

Not all its cracked up to be..seemed to work OK but time wasting..took over 40 minutes just to do legs and still didn't remove all unwanted hair

I very often fall for a hyped up product and always feel cheated but this actually works!!!!!!! I'm really happy with it.

Absolutely disappointed and wast of money. Does not work. No hair removed of legs just making the charcoal while and also leaves a horrible smell
