They taste like citrus. I expected these to taste bad, but I love the taste. They only have 1 gram of sugar.

The media could not be loaded. I have been using these for a few months, I can absolutely see a difference in the lower belly. The taste is fruity. They do cause you to release gas so keep that in mind, maybe take them while at home ;)

Seal was broken when I opened it and they were slimy. In the picture the one on the left is a previous purchase and the one on the right is the current purchase. Color was way off from its normal color

It does help with bloating, but I didn’t notice a huge difference in water retention or energy levels. Tastes decent though!
