Great protection and customer service

Have this in my phone a few drops and all is still good the case cracked on a corner and I went on Zagg site and they are sending me a replacement for just the cost of shipping. Had some other case and the grip on the sides of this make all the difference so it is less likely to slip out of your hand.

I had high hopes for this case given the name brand. However, I dropped my phone in the kitchen about 3 feet and there was a crack on the bottom left hand side of the case. Completely, surprised about the crack given the reviews of higher drops (13 ft!) with no damage to the case. False advertising.Went on the Zagg site for a replacement and I have to pay an additional 10.00 for shipping. Had this case for 3 weeks and paid 45.00 for it and now I need to pay more money for a replacement? I don't think so. Purchased another case and will be staying away from this brand going forward.
