Awesome product.
Great for preventing dehydration. The cost is great.

Taste is muted in 24 and 16oz
I’m sure it does what it’s supposed to, but if I have to drink so much GD salt for my dysautonomia can it at least taste good? It smelled really promising when I opened it. I tried it with 24 oz first because that’s how I drink liquid iv, it tasted very diluted. So I tried it with 16 oz(the lower end of the recommended amount for this product) and it still tasted like I had diluted it. I probably won’t buy it again. I’ll try it with 8oz of water but that kind of defeats the purpose of increasing water volume via salt intake… but hey, if you like a more toned down taste this might be up your alley.

Beware is has beetroot in it!
I have EDS and POTS, I also have been found to have a sensitive bp. I figured this was safe for me because it's advertised for EDS and POTS. I didn't realize beetroot can cause a drop in blood pressure. I made a glass of this, it tasted pretty good but not long after I started to feel that.. feeling. If you have syncope issues, you'll know what I'm talking about. And then not long after my bp plummeted and I had one of the worst syncope episodes of my life. It was shocking. Then after I recovered I did research about the ingredients and found out about beetroot. Definitely my fault for not looking up every ingredient. Still learning what I can trust as I'm newly diagnosed

As advertised but quite expensive
It is as advertised and a lot easier on your stomach then pills but it is quite expensive. 35 servings sounds like a lot but if your doctor recommends 3 grams per day, this will last you less then a week for $30.

Very nice
This drink mix is great for that electrolytic boost we all need sometimes. I do not have POTS, so I cannot attest to its effectiveness for persons with that disease, as the sellers claim. But I can attest that it tastes fine, dissolving & settling well.
