My garage wouldn’t touch the plastic “release”

The wheel Nuts fitted my car perfectly and looked smart but when I had a puncture the tyre depot refused to use the plastic release bolts. They told me they had previously had problems with them breaking. I had to loosen, remove and refit each locking nut myself.
