Does work!
Does work, but you need brute strength and a stiff brush to get the most out of it! I over concentrate the solution with water, scrub into the grouting and leave it - brings it up really nice!

Grout Revival: An Honest Review of HG's Grout Cleaning Marvel 🧼🪥
If you're a homeowner or a clean freak, you know the struggle of maintaining pristine tile and grout. Enter HG Grout Cleaner, a concentrated formula that promises to breathe new life into your floors, walls, and bathroom tiles. But does it live up to the hype? Let's dive in! 👷♀️First things first, this product is no joke when it comes to concentration. A little goes a long way, which is both a blessing and a curse. On one hand, you'll save money in the long run, but on the other, you'll need to be careful with dilution. Follow the instructions closely (1:4 ratio with lukewarm water) to avoid any mishaps. 💦Once you've mixed your solution, the real magic begins. This synthetic, buffered cleaner cuts through even the most stubborn dirt and grime like a hot knife through butter. Whether you're tackling kitchen grout or bathroom tile, you'll be amazed at how effortlessly it lifts away years of built-up gunk. 🧼💪But wait, there's more! Not only does HG Grout Cleaner remove dirt, but it also restores the original color of your grout. Say goodbye to those unsightly, discolored lines between tiles and hello to a fresh, rejuvenated look. 🌈The application process is straightforward – simply apply the solution to the grout with a brush or sponge, let it work its magic for a bit, scrub, and rinse. The results are truly impressive, leaving your tiles looking brand new. 🤩However, there are a couple of potential drawbacks worth mentioning. Firstly, the strong chemical smell might be off-putting to some, so proper ventilation is a must. Secondly, the concentrated nature of the product means it could potentially damage sensitive surfaces if not used correctly. 🚫Overall, the HG Grout Cleaner is a game-changer for anyone tired of constant grout maintenance. Its potent formula and color-restoring abilities make it a must-have for any serious cleaning arsenal. Just be sure to follow the instructions carefully, and you'll be rewarded with sparkling, like-new tile and grout. 💎🛁

Strong cleaner, doesn't work on mould without pre-treatment
I've used HG products before and they've been brilliant. I've been fighting to get my grout of my kitchen wall tiles white again as I have a bit of mold on it. After buying this grout restorer it says I should use their grout remover first I didn't do it as I've used 3 other makes that I know generaly work, but they couldn't shift this mould. Over the last few weeks I've tried every cleaning product and stain remover I have and nothing has shifted this mould. The grout restorer hasn't worked on the grout, after putting it in it did take some of it away but scrubbing didn't seem to make much difference. However, I have a tiled splashback behind my cooker and it took all the oil off it, usually I'd have to scrub for ages, but it just wiped off.

Use an old toothbrush. It's the perfect size for grout.
I've got white grout in between dark grey slate tiles in my kitchen. Over time, the grout has gotten very grubby and doesn't look great. I've tried bleach, mould remover, limescale remover, and all sorts of other kitcheny bits and bobs to get it clean. So I looked for a specific grout cleaner. I followed the instructions on the bottle and I was pleasantly surprised at how well this worked. I'm now back to pristine looking white grout and my floor looks actually clean again.

Does work but requires elbow grease
This cleaner does work quite well but you need to do it in quite a specific way. This was the best way I found to do itMix up into a spray bottle. Spray the grout, and using a grout brush brush into the grout quite vigorously. Repeat across the rest of the area. Once done, it should have been working into the grout for at least 10 minutes. Go back over with a grout brush once more to loosen up any remaining dirt. At that point you should be able to mop up and once dry, have nice clean grout. This isn't a spray and forget cleaner you do need to scrub a bit. But there are a lot of really cheap grout brushes on Amazon that do the job just fine.

Simply does not work....
Bought to treat slightly yellowed grout (probably caused by coloured shampoo/shower gels products in the shower). The grout was VERY lightly stained and this did NOTHING.I used it neat without diluting it. It's awful to use, a water consistency that just runs straight off. I left it MUCH longer than it said, then scrubbed like a maniac with a bristle nail brush in every grout line.NO DIFFERENCE whatsoever. Nil.Total wate of time and money.I also bought the HG limescale remover to try, which is also USELESS.I honestly think plain thick supermarket bleach would work better than this stuff. I poured it down the drain as I'm never using it again. It's literally useless.
