Worked better than expected.
I'm very surprised at the power and flexibility or this product. I bought this to help me recover from damage to my knee. (NOTE: never underestimate the ability to bend your knees when trying to sit on a toilet)It worked flawlessly.I was able to focus on isolated muscles through varying intensity, duration, and frequency. As for how much this has helped my recovery... no one can say, but AFTER the swelling from the damage subsided the time it took for me to regain full movement and strength was noticeably shorter than previous.

Superb budget device
I purchased this on the advice of my physio following surgery. This device is easy to use and clearly helping my leg muscles contract and prevent wastage. There are other top named brands but don't be fooled by the name. Highly recommend.
