Not worth the money…
I bought this thinking it’s a 3000mg capsule, but it’s not! False advertising… the capsules are 500mg each so you’d need to take 6 of them to get 3000mg!!!I will not buy this again…

Good quality and value supplement
I decided to try this brand as it was half the price of the ones I usually buy and also because it had some kind of quality control (GMP - in short refers to minimum guidelines (which are monitored) for production of quality food and pharmaceutical products).These capsules are stated as having 9% GLA (which compares well with other 500mg brands) and the oil as being cold-pressed from seeds (which is a good method). The capsules seem slightly harder than my previous ones but are still easy to swallow.I have only been taking this new brand for a week, but have been taking evening primrose for many years. If I think the new brand is not effective over the next couple of months, I'll post an update.
