ULTCOVER Waterproof 600D Polyester Square Hot Tub Cover Outdoor SPA Covers 72 x 72 inch

Just got a new hot tub and a neighbor suggested this product to save the hot tub lid from getting damaged from the hot sun. Glad I did. Nice thick canvas. I think it's been on for 2 months and there may be a little sun damage to it ----- but it sits in the sun all day and is protecting the lid. I leave it on even when opening the hot tub. When closing, I just reach my hand up and around the sides to be sure the hot tub lid flaps are where they belong. I'd buy this again.

Out the box I could tell it was thicker than green tarp I have on my bar b que. As far as being water proof I threw a bowl of water on it as you can see per photos it beaded up. My hot tub measured 80x80 so I purchased the 80 x80 fit perfect. I have the Catalina Armstrong spa. As far as durability time will tell. Will update if any issues arise after this winter.

Similar to a quality bbq cover but cinches wit bungee and can be tightened further with straps built-in. Protects more expensive vinyl cover and should last several seasons. Insurance for tub covers which can cost 20 times more to replace.

I was worried the cover material would be thin, but it’s thick and heavy duty. Not too heavy that you need two people to install, but heavy enough that it should last a few years.

Very good and perfect for my hot tub. The only downside that color changed from Sun, but it’s ok, that didn’t change its durability. I highly recommend this product.

The cover was an easy and economical alternative to ordering a replacement spa cover. It seems to be easy to remove and recover when we want to use the spa. We are happy with our purchase.

It’s a great cover for our Jacuzzi, keeps the UV rays from causing fading and keep the debris of the lid. This will definitely prolong the look of you hot tub.Have to pay a bit more but that’s the price of paying for a quality cover.Would also make a Fantastic cover for you furniture!

I was really disappointed with this cover. It fit great and looked really smart. Unfortunately it was not waterproof at all. I will be returning it as soon as it dries out so I can parcel I up.

Living in Sask Canada I have learned first hand what freezing sleet & snow can do to your expensive hot-tub insulation cover. Simply put between the winter constant thawing and freezing conditions combined with the sun, they will slowly destroy your cover along with making it look very tired and worn out.My expectation in buying this cover to protect our hot-tub cover is that it will only make our thermal cover last that much longer along with keeping it look like new.I really like the fact that I can leave this cover, cover on and open and close my hot-tub without having to remove it.

I am so glad I decided to spend the little extra to buy this cover. It is made from quality materials and is robust enough that there is no way it will come off even in a stiff wind. The added bonus is that not only does it fit well over my existing fold up insulated hard cover, it stays on when you open and close the hot tub. I thought it would be a 2 step process; take off the new cover then lift uptake old one. it is a little heavier to lift but what a pleasant surprise.

Really no dislikes; the fitting around lifter arms to only a few minutes and not too much fuss. A nice light. sturdy design and used of quality material. The main feature for us was the extra skirt length 20" which decreases heat loss with our winter weather. We still use a shorter tarp-type (12" skirt like a shower cap) over top which protects the Ultracover against wind/really bad weather and sun exposure. The Ultracover clings well to the insulated cover and cap so all flex/fold/unfold as one when spa is opened and closed.Time will tell after next year plus, right now it's very satisfactory.
