iPhone Lightning to HDMI Digital AV Adapter, 1080P Video & Audio Sync Screen Converter AV Adapter with Lightning Charging Port, Support iPhone iPad to TV/Projector/Monitor [Apple MFi Certified]

The adapter works well, despite Apple's best attempts to block 3rd party accessories so as to force you to purchase Apple branded accessories at inflated prices.The issue was getting the adapter to simultaneously project the image and charge the IPad. After twiddling with the adapter I was able to get it to work by following this hook-up sequence: 1st connect the HDMI cable to the adapter and then connect the adapter's lightning cable to the IPad. The IPad screen will be displayed on the projector. Then, 2nd, connect the lightning cable from the IPad charger to the adapter's power port. The IPad battery indicator will now show that it is being charged. If you don't follow this connection sequence your IPad will not charge up.I am planning to get rid of my IPad and buy an equally capable Android tablet so I won't have to put up with this Apple foolishness any longer.

When I first got this product I was kinda nervous because of the experience I’ve had with similar product and they didn’t hardly even work. But this phone to hdmi was great. The picture is very clear and it has no lagging or freezing up the sound quality is on time with the videos. And I actually scrolled through fb and TikTok and YouTube my emails text messages and basically Avery app on my phone just to see would it be the same or would it start messing up but I’m here to say I spent around 2 hours straight and I didn’t have any type of problems or issues with it so for the money I’d recommend it to anybody

I bought a similar item that had the same problem and where I would watch a movie on my iPhone hook this adapter up so I can watch it on my 32 inch wide monitor and within minutes the video is freezing to the point that it just stopped working. I don’t know if it’s common with these adapters because this is the second one, but I’m totally dissatisfied. I gave it two weeks to try to see if it would stop and it keeps doing it and it’s to the point that I’d rather view the movies on my iPhone just of the frustration of the video freezing, and then the monitor going black/non controllable and me having to disconnect the adapter just so I can watch the movie on my iPhone, which totally defeats the purpose of this adapter.

It works great and does its job. I use this to project my iPad to my projector and it has been working great for me ! I wanted to buy the Apple Original one but for the price- I think this is a better option. You can also use this for your iPhone .

I used this adapter for a recent power point presentation. The picture quality was pretty clear and there was no lag or delay in synchronization, even when streaming video content. The adapter was also easy to set up, with a simple plug-and-play design. I like to use my iphone over lugging my laptop around because it is more convenient and this adapter was the easiest way to make that happen.

I was looking for a way to watch YouTube videos and other media content on my phone while traveling, and this worked perfectly. I attached an hdmi cable to it and was able to view everything on my iPhone on the hotel TV. It’s compact and easy to pack and worked flawlessly.

Thought something was wrong with my phone… Could not get HBO to work on my TV using this adapter and an HDMI cable …went to Best Buy and it was because of this product bought the more expensive Apple adapter and now we can watch from any app.
