It's a creme you only put a small amount on our hands and rub it into your hair and if u need to use more you do so. I've used the argan oil before doe my hair and it just damaged my hair more because of the oils. That's why I love the Carol's daughter hair milk because it keeps my hair healthier looking more than ever. And my hair is healthier now too.
