More like a seafood sambal

Ingredients show no ham, just scallops and shrimp. Its decently tasty - v much like a sweet seafood sambal/ balchao - but I doubt its as good as the more expensive XO offerings. I’ve been mixing it into really soft/ creamy scrambled eggs and it tastes great.
