Zepp Tennis 2 Swing Analyzer

After 4 years I had to retire my Smart Tennis Sensor from sony because the battery was not holding more than 30 min. I decided to buy this Zepp Tennis Sensor and I am very pleased with it. I have only used it in practice mode (not connected to the smartphone) and synchronizing data back home.The design of the app is quite pleasing and the results are comparable to what I was getting from the Sony sensor (maybe the ball speed is a little more "optimistic"). Since I think that more important than the absolute values you get, is the relative comparison and progression between sessions, I am OK with the data.Unfortunately the software does not show (or allow the export) of single shot data (although it does collect it). Something I look forward and very useful if you want to isolate in a single session, some warm-up shots from the rally part were you are hitting with full swings.I also wish they would develop a Google Wear companion app for smartwatches (like they do have for the Apple Watch).I hope that Zepp can take over a leading role on the market for tennis sensors and keeps developing its app.

Sometimes doesn’t register shots correctly. Makes me think it’s all guesswork

Not happy with this product. Bought it thinking it would give me any insight about how to improve my tennis, but came to be disappointed. Stats are limited (only useful thing for me was to understand the number of times I was hitting top spin). The worst part however was the design of the product: after 5 matches keeps detaching from the racquet, to the point I can’t use it anymore. Tried using the product application to give feedback but no answer comes back (no customer service apparently). Just thought it is important to highlight these issues to potential buyers.

Nice idea, but poorly executed, as someone has already said in another review. It does not recognize services!!! It is ridiculous. Needs improvement. Besides that, I have had problems connecting the device with the IPhone and the Apple Watch at the same time. I should have believed the poor reviews and should not have bought it. I am really frustrated.
