Q: My bracelet didn’t come with a turtle name or card? What do I do?

The card is hidden inside of the cardboard backing that the bracelet is on. Open it up and a little card is inside and it has the info right there on it.

Q: How do you contact customer service? mine shipped in december. it's march now and it still showing that it's "running late."

Not an answer for your question but mines the same way. Says out for delivery 3 days now & absolutely nothing

I believe so. Definitely not plastic. They are made well and a fantastic gift for kids and animal enthusiasts.

Q: Will this fit a child's wrist, do they come in smaller sizes?

Thanks for reaching out! So our bracelets are all handmade and can vary slightly in size. They do have stretch to them and can fit essentially any wrist! Best way to show the importance of keeping our planet clean

I get so excited when I receive a text about my turtle. My daughter doesn't like to recycle, actually seeing the impacts of pollution and plastic on our sea animals and our beautiful planet is a great way to teach the importance of recycling.
