Was purchased as a gift for grooming our granddog. Returned it as it had issues of the shaver bogging down with hair. Had to keep turning it off and removing hair from blade.

It would have been easier to use a dull rusty butterknife to cut the dogs hair. I don't think they even tested this product after they made it. Stay away from this.

They didn’t cut ours dogs that good at all. Yorkies...

This is quiet and doesn’t seem to bother one of my dogs that much but my other dog still won’t let me get anywhere near him. Cuts pretty well but the quietness of it is the best part.

Best grooming tool ever but just came apart after one year of use. The switch broke cannot repair .

I use the scissors more than anything. The actual clippers will only cut a very small amount of dog hair at once.

My package arrived as if used, with no explanation. The file is rusty or dirty. And there is a compartment empty in the packaging, looks like a bottle of something. Haven’t turned it on to try as I’m not sure if I should just return?
