Too complicated to use compared to the other one i had. I couldn't find it anywhere until i got this one and it was too late.I wish i never bought itand of course i through the box out and the rest of the paperwork. Without it i cant do anything with it.

Great！I like it! Its really useful! Great small cleaner! My kitchen and bathroom seemed always dirty and a regular mop never got them clean, just swished around dirty water. The floor pattern has little indentations that trap dirt. After unpacking the mop this morning, I put it to the test try to change those multifunction pad. So easy to put together. My floor was much cleaner and the mop worked effortless. No more scrubbing on my hands & knees with bleach. I hope it continues to perform just as beautifully. I'm going to clean the floor at least once a week now!I have to say, this mop deserves its 5-stars.Steam is great - heats up super quick and if general cleaning can cover most of 800 sf of flooring in the about 20 min it used to take one hour with a regular mop! It worth this price

I like this item. I give it a 4 because I wish the steam button could stay on without having to hold it down continuously. Especially on the detachable smaller unit.Also I only got one floor bad instead of the 2 advertised.

uggg where to start . I was so excited to get it and it was aa 100% let down. The machine is heavy compared to other steamers, the steam cleaning head area is small so you have to double the passes to get a decent area covered. The steam output is almost none existing, the cord is super short, the pads are so thin and the water reservoir gives you 10 minutes of work tops, because you have to constantly feed the steam. I wish I could return it even though I am still within the allotted time frame to get a refund but my husband threw away the box. Just awful .

Normally I don't write reviews until I've had the product a while - a month at a minimum, but I'm very impressed with this product. If you like gadgets, which I normally don't, there's a gadget for everything, which makes it kind of fun. It worked well as a steamer on my wood floors, although it did not leave the shine I'm used to, my floors feel really clean. My favorite thing has been cleaning the walls. Handprints, gunk and crayons have just been coming off within seconds. Beats scrubbing with the ol' magic eraser! My only complaint is I wish each gadget kind of had a label on it so I knew what it was and what it could be used to clean. Great product, had it a week and can't wait to use it again.

I thought this steam mop would be great due to its portable function. However, it's too heavy and difficult to use. It also doesn't look like the one in the picture. Because that at least appears to be easier than trying to use this gigantic 'portable' piece that is the size of a large hand vacuum and too heavy to use easily. The steam mop its self seems to work well; My floors do feel clean. But it's not very easy to push around. I wish I would've gotten a Shark or a Bissell. Hopefully I can give this to someone else and upgrade later.

I can't stress how much I love this steam mop. The attachments swap out easily and make getting into small places super easy. I just sanitized my whole bathroom so I tried them all. I cleaned the tracks on the sliding glass doors, steamed the soap scum off the shower doors that even bleach doesn't remove, cleaned behind the toilet and the wall next to the toilet. I also love that it uses the regular velcro pads that many other steam mops use so I could continue to use ones I already have. I am looking to purchase a few more of the smaller pads for the attachments though. Definitely a lot of bang for your buck with this one.
