I would give this 5 stars but they changed their ingredients in the past 5 years or so. They never made claim to changing the formula, but there is a lot more stuff in this product than there used to be. I still use it because I have yet to find a bette product for the price...although I am definitely searching.Smell is good, but requires a lot of product to build a good lather

Love the fresh, invigorating smell and clean feeling this body wash leaves! Doesn't dry out my skin, the scent is pleasant but not overpowering and the sleek bottle looks great with my other products in the shower. My only 'con' would be amount of lather; this wash does not foam up as much as I'd like, but this is really a small complaint. Definitely my go-to daily cleanser these days.

I bought this as a backup to my favorite body wash which is Jack Black. It isn't as good, but I still like it. Here's the breakdown:Pros:Smells great. As a result, it will probably have to be retired in the winter months.

Product is good, got 3 in the order, good pricing. Each was shrink wrapped but one had leaked and a lot of the wash was inside the plastic. Messy to clean up after taking the plastic off.This is a very common problem with these kinds of products. I have ordered many similar things over the last few years and almost always have one that has leaked when I open the box. Thankfully, they have always been covered with the plastic wrapping.

I was deployed to the desert when I ordered this and, by the time it reached me, the top was busted open and I only had half a bottle left. I do not know how the seller would have handled the situation because I never contacted them about it so this review is solely my thoughts on the product. I LOVED the smell. Once I had it in the shower though, that's where the love ended. It didn't lather well, even though I used a loofa, and it really didn't leave me much cleaner, perhaps due to the lack of a lather.Bottom line: I wouldn't recommend this one to anyone but I wouldn't try to run anyone away from it either. However, I do recommend trying another natural brand first.

Been using this for a month or so as a body/hair wash. Love the smell and a little goes a long ways. Minus the one star as it is a bit thin. You get used to it but a thicker base would lather a little better. That said I plan on using this long term as my new washing soap.

I got this for my husband. I have tried to get rid of all the toxic products and switch to less chemical ones. This product was right up our alley. It registers low on the EWG.com skin care site and doesnt seem to have a bunch of harsh chemicals in it. I love the smell of it too. This is a pretty nice size bottle for the price too. I think that my husband likes it, as he hasnt complained about it at all. Usually no complaints equals he likes it. I dont think that smell is overpowering at all. Compared to other commercial products out there, I found this product to have a very mild smell.

I bought my first Burt's Bees Natural Skin Care Body Wash at the store, without realizing it was "for men". I loved the natural scent and probably was halfway through the bottle, standing in the shower appreciating the neutral colors, when I noticed that it apparently is not made for women. It doesn't smell distinctly manly to me at all, it just doesn't have floral or sugary scents, which I appreciate.

Don't know how long I've been using it but I just placed an order for another bottle (my third?). Agree with all the positive comments here. I'm a man so not waxing lyrical about a body wash. I just like it and have no intention of changing anytime soon - especially to flashy branded products with who knows what in them. This works - for me at least.

This is what I've replaced all shampoo and other body washes with. It can be quite drying for the skin, but I do have a greasy skin generally so it evens out nicely. Cleans thoroughly, although it doesn't lather a lot - I presume this comes from being mostly natural ingredients in there.I'm restocking this regularly as I'm terrified should this disappear from Amazon.

My son uses this and it's ideal for a dry skin. It also smells absolutely lovely and fresh. You only need a drop to wash with so lasts a long time although we are on a third bottle. There is a whole range of goods for Burts Bees and would recommend. Great smelling product and good quality.

always used just box standard body washes but thought I would treat myself, not keen on the smell but worst of all it left my legs really itchy, never had this problem with any other body wash, gave rest of the bottle away and they had same problem.........

I have been buying several different 'Sub and Save' products hoping I would eventually settle on something I really like. Eventually I found this one and don't think I'll be changing any time soon. Has a nice subtle scent and goes a long way.
