I use these for shooting. They’re especially good for rifle shooting as they have the cut-away part on the underpart of the ear defender making it very comfortable when using a rifle.They are a good quality ear defender and are comfy when wearing for both short and long sessions. You can still hear people giving instructions but really dampens the shot noise.Highly recommend these. Great value for money. Great item!

Nice defenders, comfortable and effective. Doesn't get in the way of my rifle cheekpiece and kills the noise to a quiet pop and some mechanical clicking

Very comfortable though sound blockage is a bit questionable. Good if you work in a noisy office but I wouldn't go shooting with them.

Good quality ear defenders, not great if you want to chat much but do protect from noise of gunshot. If you want to talk there is a more expensive reactive version

Good item, does exactly what it says it will do.Some people misunderstand what ear defenders do, they protect your ears from loud noise but you will still hear low sounds.
