Knew the switch thing on the side for temperature, and that's fine with us since we want it warm light all the time.The fact we can put it on a dimmer switch which many similar items cannot is perfect for our application.The item was made well. Very well for the price. And the box that connects to the cieling is actually better looking than the pictures.

This looks like a music note. So we mounted over the piano.It has 3 illumination settings from warm to bright light.And it's dimmable.Installing wasn't too difficult, although we had to tuck in about 1/2 the cables back up to the necessary height. We ensured the tucking was neat and secured (wire tied loosely) so avoid possible incidental shorting or other.Most satisfying

Beautiful design! Light weight and plenty of brightness! I was worried about loosing lumens compared to my previous fixture but this unit here did not disappoint in any way. Glad I made the purchase.

Light was ok. But too bright. Return was even worse. Changed for damage. Not sure why. Nothing missing or damaged. Put the light up, and saw it was too bright with limited dimmable option. Then repackaged. Would not recommend

The problem hanging this light is the rat nest of excess cables that are used to adjust the height. I ended up cutting off the excess cable I didn't need but it was still tough to tuck the shorter cables and wire behind the fixture because the cables won't fold in easily into the 5" housing. It was frustrating and took several attempts to get the housing attached to the ceiling without cables popping out between the housing and ceiling.

Looks great once installed. I can say the quality up close not to impressed but from far away looks great. Little annoying the settings to change the light options is on the base so we have to climb our ladder to reach if we want to change the color. Easy to install but the length of wires was pretty overwhelming and hard to tuck. Our ceilings are 12ft high and wanted the light not to hang too low our handyman took more time tucking the wires then the actual install.

I chose this light because I am not a fan of faux country ( previous owner). Its bright hangs down far enough (12’ ceilings). Three brightness settings. Perfect. Oh, it’s light weight.
