They work great and are a more affordable alternative to the copper ones.

I wanted a good product for making canele. They have to be good and heavy and retain heat to perfect the baking. These worked as well as the copper moulds I used to have professionally. The caneles came out beautifully caramelised and they did not stick. They were exactly the right size too. I love them and will treasure them as any good cooking tool should be loved. Excellent product and very good price.

They worked a treat first time; second time I had to pry cannales out... not sure if it was me not oiling them properly though I did have a go.

Good quality and dishwasher safe.

I'm so pleased with the caneles I got from these molds, really good appearance and custardy inside. As you can see the big difference between these steel mold baked caneles and the silicone baked ones, I'm going to get more of these steel molds. I only used butter to coat the molds, but I wil try beeswax and butter next time.

Much cheaper than other brands but do the job perfectly!

Works just as well as copper moulds, and works WAAAAY better than silicone moulds. If you are passionate about canele but do not have the budget for copper moulds, this is the next best thing. If your canele do not turn out right by using this, blame your recipe and/or technique first (sorry but just telling the truth here!)

Really easy to use and clean. I achieved a fantastic crust and shine on my caneles. The only downside is you don't get very distinct ridging.
