trunature Liver Health Complex with Milk Thistle, 1000mg, 180 Tablets

I have been taking this seriously over the past few months as I drank a little too much wine over the holidays. Just needed to have lab work done for surgery and was holding my breath waiting for the results. All the liver tests (AST, ALT, etc) came back low normal, not even medium normal.I compared this to tests in 2012 that were normal but was in the mid-high normal range. I am certain these pills helped reduce those amounts in half. That is amazing! I am back to just wine on weekends, but will continue to take these pills as an added liver support.

In this day and age I feel that it was important to get a suppliment that focuses on my liver health. The foods we eat and the drinks tat we occassionally have all can contribute to liver problems so my thought is to try and keep my liver as healthy as possible to combat problems caused by the foods I eat. I can not tell how good this works but I am now 68 years old and doing great.

I have been useing this product for about 6 months. My blood work 1 year ago was terrible and my triglicerides were out of control. Just had my blood work done 2 days ago and my doctor personally called me to say how outstanding my results were. I will be taking this for the rest of my life or as long as I continue to drink. Best stuff ever if you are a drinker and have had bad blood results.

Arrived timely. Read many reviews before purchasing regarding others in same boat as myself. Chronic pain patient on many medications with concerns about liver function, etc. I have my levels checked quarterly and they have gone from strength to strength since introducing this product into my routine. The bonus is it is affordable and my dr is impressed by the results. The proof is in the blood reports :)

The price has increased quite a bit

My liver enzymes were both in the mid to high 200's. After taking one a day (most days I remember) my #'s came down over 200 points. Still a little high but not knocking on deaths door anymore. My doctor was shocked. He thought I quit drinking.
