Best Olive Oil for Italian Cooking
Have you ever gone to a nice restaurant and thought: "Gee, I wish I had that olive oil they use for the bread dip, but I also don't want to pay 100+ in shipping."My friend, this EVOO is BETTER than most Italian EVOOs you will find there, AND it is cheaper. The flavor:-ALMOND/BUTTER! Up front, this full-bodied EVOO is very present and doesn't have that "milky" quality less powerful oils have. Very bold, butter, and strong mid-range flavor.-GRASS! A pleasant herbal/grass aftertaste that is nowhere near being overpowering. This only compliments the main profile of butter and nuttiness.-HEAT! A very pleasant spice on the back of your throat as the olive oil is finished.Ideal for:-Meats-Bread Dip- Ice Cream-A majority of Italian sauces

A truly exceptional olive oil
Never actually thought of Spain for olive oil but after visting their country I quickly found out they have excellent oils. Fact Spain has more olive trees than people living in USA- and yes I saw them - everywhere. Sampled this oil at a tasting and it was absolutely delicious. I don’t use it for large cooking ( too expensive for that) dipping and in smaller quantities. Trust me it’s that good

RICH & COMPLEX IN FLAVOR
This ORGANIC EVOO is the most awarded oil in the history of Spain. No chemicals are used to grow or process the olives.

Absolutely Superb!
Not inexpensive but worth every penny. Fruity and just a tiny bit peppery. This is the stuff you drizzle on food just before serving. It would be a bit extravagant to use it for everyday cooking.

You cannot return this item for ANY reason. BUYER BEWARE.
This olive oil has a very unpleasant taste. A very strong aftertaste is left in your mouth for about 30 minutes after you use it...Rancid

Worth it!
This olive oil is repeatedly awarded "best" in the world. It lives up to its name and is far superior to any you will find on grocery store shelves (I shop Whole Foods mostly, for reference). If you're familiar with olive oil tasting and quality, you get the "burn" at the back of the throat that you look for in a high quality olive oil. There is no bitterness in this oil. It has a very pronounced and pleasant flavor. Not for cooking, just for finishing (no heat). I will purchase this again.
