I bought this when a niggling elbow injury was taking a long time to heal.I would strongly recommend that you try out different orientations to find out which is best for you.Eg for me circle at interior elbow and 'upside down' provided the best support for my injury.

Does the job

I got this to try and help with my tennis elbow but i can say it didn't help me at all.It's easy to put on, the velcro is very strong and stays in place.Being around the elbow i found it caused my hand to go numb and stop the blood flow if i was carring anything with my arm bent for a short while, also caused pain in the joint.I don't think this is meant to help tennis elbow.

Good result worth it

I have what I believe to be tennis elbow, can’t get a doctors appointment so have tried a variety of things to ease the pain. The elbow support worked a treat, once I worked out how to fit it properly it gave great support and warmed the whole joint up. Would recommend.

Well made support, feels sturdy enough to use in various locations and activities, although it states one size fits all its a little small on anyone who had large biceps/forearms, it just fits around my forearm for the lower part with the velcro rubbing on my arm, feel as tho it would be more comfortable on a smaller arm. See how it holds up during a work shift.

Design is good to make it fit and hole for elbow makes it perfect . Doesn’t feel hot when wearing all day
