Does it have some sort of hardcasing inside? I don’t want my cards to be broken or ruined because I’m constantly sitting on the wallet.

No sort of hard casing within wallet, never had a issue with my cards breaking or being ruined although the zipper did fail after several months on my wallet and one my wife was using when she hiked.
