Repeat purchase of metatarsal pads
These pads are very helpful for my feet. They are the only ones I have found that relieve metatarsal pain. They are fairly soft compared to some of the more rigid versions Iโve bought. I love that padding. They adhere easily to my insoles. I highly recommend them.

I believe they are helping heal my plantar fasciitis
Iโm using these pads to allow my feet to strengthen and heal my plantar fasciitis according to the conservative care treatment recommendations of Dr. Ray McClanahan. They felt so funky at first but I really believe they are helping along with wide toe box zero drop shoes, foot spacers, massage, strengthening, etc. Iโve had PF for 11 months, but have only been implementing the above over the last 4 months. In the past my feet would start to feel better but then Iโd do too much activity and Iโd have to pull back for a day or two. Let me tell you, these pads really help. I walked/hiked 24 miles over 4 days last weekend and while I had some pain due to increased movement, I recovered much quicker and barely had any pain the next morning. If you know, you know thatโs HUGE and a sign of major improvement. Good luck!

Great if you can position them correctly for your foot.
I've had these forever and wasn't sure how I felt about them initially. I have capsulitis in 1 foot under the 2nd toe. I have placed these too far up in shoes before and they are quite painful if you do that. If you put them in correctly, they are very helpful in alleviating pain. They are well made and durable. Many people commented that they never come off, but I have been able to peel some off of certain shoes and re-stick them in a better position. I did get 1 pair wet and they still function quite well....they started to peel off the shoe a bit and I just used superglue (the pad itself is still perfect though).I just wish these had easier instructions. I have watched videos and looked at diagrams. I have considered getting the Pedag tear drop shaped ones instead because the shape seems like it would be easier to figure out with my foot.

A must have for me
These were suggested by my podiatrist and you wonโt find them at any local stores so I had to order. Got them quick and they work like a charm.

Where the heck do you stick it!
Neither the Drop and T-form products met my expectations. Not because the product was inferior, but the packaging provided absolutely no instruction on where to place the pad. And as other users described..once you put it in place its almost impossible to remove without destroying the product itself. It is meant to stick where you put it. The pads appeared to be well made, and probably comfortable...if you get it in the right spot. itself. It is meant to stick where you put it. The pads appeared to be well made, and probably comfortable...if you get it in the right spot. I think if the manuf. wants to improve this product there should be some type of chart enclosed showing instructing on the proper placement depending on the pain you are trying to eliminate. It just didn't work for me. Three stars for quality of product

Neuropathy Relief for Sandals?
I've got Neuropathy in both feet but still want to use sandals. I was born and live in San Diego and have always used Reef Sandals after work as well as at the beach. Since I have orthotics for my boots and dress shoes, I wondered if I could use the same idea with sandals. Yes there are special sandals you can purchase that cost a fortune, but being kind of a "I don't know if I can do something until I have tried and failed" kind of guy, I decided to tackle this.First I use the best padded Reef Sandal I could find. Amazon has a good supply of Reef Sandals you can choose from.. I can personally attest to the Reef Men's Fanning Sandal that is plenty cushy. I wore them for a few days before placing the pad and felt somewhat OK with them but I still had about 50% burning pain. I then purchased the metatarsal pads after reading other good reviews on Amazon. Before peeling the protector paper off the pad I placed them under the foot comparing the instructions first. Actually you want to pay particular attention to the instructions because it will get you about 75% of the way.Now for the fine tuning! It is most important is that you get the pad placed so to apply weight on the foot, you cause your toes to go down thus moving the weight to your toes. Bata Bing! Your done.I was a bit skeptical about the use of a leather product on a sandal but they have proved themselves way beyond my expectations. So far, they have lasted several months without coming unglued, delaminating or even moving on the sandal. This is wonderful because they were used while power washing my vehicles, patios and gardening work. After all of that water, they look as good now as they did new. Since then, i have placed them on two other Reef Sandals of different colors for a change with all working well! I am still enjoying my "foot freedom" after work changing into the sandals with no negative issues. I breathe a sigh of "foot relief" that at least for now, I can still enjoy the out doors with my sandals. For the price and quality I would rate these a five star with my thanks and appreciation.

Walking without discomfort again
The doc diagnosed me with metatarsalgia a few years ago. I purchased new shoes that had more cushion and relegated the older pairs to the back of the closet. Shoes are expensive and I read about this product and eventually purchased several of the pads. They are a life saver and I'm able to wear any of my pairs of shoes. It does take a little experimentation to figure out the best placement for the pads. I've found I can reposition the pads a couple of times and the adhesive still holds. Definitely a recommend!

Life savers
I have very severe metatarsal pain and these helped so much. I attached them to brand new clean Sole insoles because I really need a lot of metatarsal support and lift and the insoles just weren't enough. These were a game changer for me. Months later and they're still holding to the insole despite the hot summer weather and they're still providing full support. Kinda suspected they wouldn't hold in place and would flatten out quickly but I was wrong.

Remarkable
These are the best ever. The first time I have been able to wear heels without the burning sensation on the balls of my feet. Shoes stayed on for over 7 hours!!!
