Magnet fell off immediately. The quality is not at all what I expected. Very disappointed and do not recommend. I wish it had something that actually held the magnetic plate on.

Thin metal plate, cheap plastic.

Garbage. Not magnetic

This product is plastic with very little metal making it’s magnetic properties useless. I tried to save a few bucks over expensive alternatives, total waste.

I really liked the idea of having somewhere to put my range finder when I walk the course. This device worked well right up to when I removed the range finder. That's when the metal plate came off the plastic holder. I ended up carrying my range finder in one of the pockets on my golf bag that round.I've since super glued the plate back to the plastic holder. Here's hoping it works better next time. It's a great idea and would really love this.

Weak magnet.

You get what you pay for! I'm not going to say that Amazon is lying when they say it is a "metal landing pad" because there is a thin piece of metal glued onto the plastic clip. If you read the product headline you would think the clip is metal, but reading deeper into the description they mention it is made of ABS (plastic). I bought a very powerful towel magnet to use with this and there is not enough metal on the clip to secure the towel to my bag, so it's pretty useless. I had to clip the towel to the metal frame of the golf cart. I would spend my money on a more expensive, all metal clip.
