Is it a thick consistency or is it somewhat watery?

I choose Clearspring Tamari sauce because it is not salty, syrupy and thick. There are other Soya sauces that are very salty, sticky and thick. I just don't like soya like that and it is over bearing in marinades and probably they have MSG too! I like Organic Tamari Soya sauce because it doesn't take over in flavour it is clean and no junk thrown in!
