Great ice chest for a great price
I purchased this cooler because I wanted to downgrade from one giant and heavy cooler to two easier to move around coolers when I go camping. Additionally, I was looking to have one be specifically for drinks (and one for food) and this cooler fit the bill perfectly! The cooler arrived pretty quickly and I was happy to get free shipping with Amazon since I don't pay for prime. While I didn't really need one with wheels, this one was the right dimensions to fit into my hitch rack with the other cooler and the wheels will make it much easier to move around so that's a bonus. The cooler is the perfect shape for drinks, as it's tall and narrow so it will easily accommodate bottles of wine or beer without having to lay them on their side.I haven't used it yet and don't have any camping trips for a few more months, but I fully expect this cooler to be up to the standards of the Coleman name. I will come back and update this review if it doesn't meet my expectations.

Great cooler for the money
Was purchased as a prize item for a charity event. People loved the detail of the fish measuring spot and the fact that it had wheels. It was a light cooler and very well made! Worth every penny.

Should have metal hinges an locking lid
Cooler is great only thing that's not is the hinges plastic so I've ordered new metal ones but as a whole great cooler will see how long plastic handles hold out only wish the lid could be locked down. Don't know how long ice will last will let u know after I find out

Coleman cooler
The cooler is a great buy. Very spacious and sturdy. The wheels are thick and strong as well as the handle. Moves around easily. Haven't tried it filled with ice and other products yet but can't wait to. I love that the lid has 4 indentations for cups and can be used as a table top and is sturdy enough to sit on as well.

The River Runner
Intended to transport and store supplies for a family of six on an all day remote river excursion. We packed sandwiches, snacks, can and plastic bottle beverages for a five to six hour float / tubing trip. From a capacity and cooling standpoint this thing is ACES. Plenty of inside space, convenient handle and wheels. I was nervous about the size due to it's extra 5 quart capacity over our last cooler but it perfectly snug into the "cooler tube". Kept our supplies cold all day in Texas summer heat.+ Light grey color - does not attract sun/heat as much as my old red one.+ Capacity - plenty of room for supplies and ice.+ Insulation - kept food cool even in direct sunlight.- Lacks closure feature. >Our old cooler had a plastic loop in the body and the lid for a small carabiner to hold it closed in case the tube tipped over in the rapids. This cooler does not have one. I had made a velcro strap to hold it closed. Not very convenient to open and refasten in transit.-Design >When the telescoping handle is extended the lid cannot be opened all the way and won't remain open.

Nice Large cooler
Bought this to store food from frig and freezer while new frug was delivered. Ended up needing this twice for same purpose. Very durable. No assembly needed, use it right out of the box. Worked well. East to move with handle and wheels by myself.

Great cooler that is pretty durable but I don't buy the "5 days" of ice.
I used this cooler on a camping trip in middle of the hottest part of summer. It was in the shade 100% of the trip since I was pretty deep in the forest. It lasted over the weekend no problem but I kept ice in it when I got home and left it outside to test the "5 day" claim. Surprisingly, there was still a tiny bit of ice in there on day 3 but, by day four, all of the ice was completely gone. So, maybe the 5 day claim is assuming you don't ever open the cooler? I don't know, but it sure didn't last 5 days, nor even 4. Either way, I can't really complain and it worked well for our two day camping trip. The handles and wheels held up really well, even when lugging this thing (fully loaded) down a steep trail path to get to the campsite deep in the forest. I think the smaller handles would probably break after a couple more trips like this, since I did notice some heavy bending at the mounting points. I was actually surprised that the large handle didn't break on the first use going down this rugged trail but, it came close. When fully loaded, the cooler is HEAVY and the tension hits right where the handle mounts. I kept an eye on those points while lugging it up and down the hill that the path lay on and it came really close to popping out, or breaking, but didn't! Hopefully the cooler lasts a few more trips like this but, I got my money's worth I think. Thanks Coleman!
