This is without a doubt an excellent heating pad. It was exactly what we were looking for, right size, bright clear remote display and a good range of settings for both heating level and run time. The thing I like the most is that the pad remains flat. Every other pad we've had would crumble up and couldn't be flatten out until after they were warmed. This pad does not do that even after it is washed. This is the first pad we have had that isn't encased in plastic and that is definitely an advantage. The heating pad is well made with high quality materials and assembly. The power wire is made of a more flexible higher quality wire than all the other pads we have owned, it stays flexible and does not get stiff and hard like the others. The controller buttons have good tactile feel, and the display is bright. I would definitely recommend this heating pad!

I’ve been using this heating pad for a week and what a difference from my old one. This hearing pad is so soft and pliable. It heats quickly and is the first heating pad I’ve ever had that I can use on a medium heat instead of a high. The six hour shut off means I can use it while reading or watching TV without having to reset it every couple of hours or worry about falling asleep while using it. On the other hand, if I only have a short while to use, I can set it for one hour. There are also two, four, and six hour settings. I’ve had a lot of heating pads over the years and this is the best one. Mit’s we'll worth the money.

This is probably the softest heating pad I have ever owned. The heating wires are also very thin, so it doesn't have a 'clunky' feel to it or a heavy weight when using it. This also allows it to roll up very easily for storing when not in use and would be perfect to pack away in a suitcase if traveling.It's a generous size, easy to use on a lower back pain with full coverage.It heats up very fast and has a strong heat element, so even on a level 1 the warmth is very comforting.

I just received this heating pad and put it right to work. It is longer than I expected and not as wide as my last one, but it works to cover my whole leg which the square kind doesn't. It heats up fine, gets hot quickly on the highest setting . It feels so good on the pain. It's soft and comfortable. I like it.

I've been on the hunt for a heating pad that STAYS warm, as I've had many loose heat after about 20 minutes. This one not only stayed fairly warm (have tested at the highest setting for 1hr), better than others. This is just what i was looking for and I'm very pleased. The remote also is easy to use and nice user experience, especially for the price. Would recommend

This heating pad works great. It's a nice size and the time and heat settings offer plenty of options. Very pleased.

It was time for a new heating pad. This one looked really soft, so I decided I would give it a try. It is soft and extremely comfortable. It has multiple settings for temperature and times. It heated up quickly and conformed to the back nicely. Much better than the old one.Once I was done the cat decided to give it a test. It liked the softness for a bed and approved of it for a quick cat nap.

This heating pad worked great until it suddenly died on me when needed most. It heats up pretty quickly however, it cools off sometimes during the heating cycle, you have to turn it off and back on.
