adidas Men's Terrex Scope GTX

I am using these shoes as my approach shoes getting to the crag as well as longer approaches. These shoes run a bit long and narrow. The first pair I recieved had my heel slipping. I returned them and down sized a 1/2 size and my length was better but the toe box was a little tight. The last is super stiff out of the box. If you are patient and give these some time to break in, i.e. Where them to work, around town, short hikes with the kids, etc they will break in eventually... The toe box widened enough, the stiff last is great on loose rock, and the Stealth rubber is awesome on 4th class terrain. It took some time but now I love these shoes. Thinking about getting the mid/high version soon.
