At first, I was a little skeptical. I'm 5'11", 170 and have slight definition. I've recently injured myself, so working out has been shelved indefinitely. I know that most people would think this is a "cop-out", but truth be told, people do judge others by their appearance and unfortunately in my condition, working out to maintain is impossible right now. Anyway, here are the pros and cons as I see it:Pros:1. Just the right amount of bulk. Won't look like you went from Shaggy to Hulk, which would be an obvious dead giveaway.2. Fits well under most t-shirts and button down shirts.3. Looks very proportional- you will get looks from the women.4. Does what it claims to do. Hands down.Cons:1. Only comes in black (as of this posting) on Amazon.2. Quality of design and materials could definitely be better for the price BUT it's definitely been worth it for me.3. Can get super hot in warm situations.4. Biggest Con for me is that I wish it could be worn as is. Must always be covered with some other garment. You can definitely see the padding if worn as is.Overall, I love this product. Bottom line is it does what is claims to do. It works. I will definitely be buying more of these in the future.

You know I saw this on shark tank and I thought I would try it out I’m not one to really fake what I look like so I got one just to say but it is really cool it makes you look like you are in better shape than you are in and like I said I really got it more as a gag I’m not gonna walk around like this all the time but it is really cool thing at pad your body makes you look more muscular than you are and for somebody like me who used to be really muscular but because of injury I can’t work out anymore it brings back my old look and it kind of pads me up more so that even with my belly I still look muscular it’s it’s really cool kids make a lot more of a muscular look anywhere under another shirt like a button-down and it really really does the job. Now of course if somebody tries to pick up a guy or a girl or whoever they’re into and goes home with them and they got explain why they’re wearing something like that and you know somebody might not be so interested in but it’s kind of fun as well to try it out

Love this shirt. Read all reviews to make sure I got the right size and I did. I wear an XL 17 neck shirt but in the process of losing weight. 5'9", and currently have lost 12 pounds down to 216 and an inch off waist. Have a bit of beer gut. This shirt fits me perfect and as one other reviewer noted. It gave me an athletic look and immediately you feel very confident. It's not something I will wear all the time so i'm sure it will last at least a year if i take care of it. I just received it yesterday and I tried it on with tops and wow I looked really good. It will not make you look like a muscle man but it sure does enhance to a very manly shape v-torso and a athletic look. What i like was I actually felt buoyed when I checked myself out in the mirror. Definitely would buy another if I need one. In my case I went down two sizes from XL to medium and it fits nice and snug which is what you want to give yourself the look we all desire.

Great product so far! It fits great and it's comfortable to wear. So far i have only used it beneath sweater and with a slim-fit fleece jacket for those winter days and it do makes you look more athletic, broader and stronger. In overall you will look like your normal size but more athletic and stronger looking. So if you are natural average sized slim guy who wish too look like the "Hulk" or something i advice you too hit the gym full time instead.It's also fun to wear and i did not expect to feel that confident like i did wearing this outside. I felt like a new person!

I like the shirt. I work out regularly and this shirt really helps boost my confidence when I'm out and about. I'm concerned some with the quality of the stitching, as there was already a loose thread hanging from the shirt when I opened the package. The sleeves tend to ride up, and you're really only able to wear the shirt with long or 3/4 length sleeves. The chest pads ride a little high for me, and honestly, I wish there was an option to get the shirt without the chest pads. I'd recommend the manufacturing giving the option of a shirt without these. The shirt does get a little warm at times. It hasn't been a big issue, but I definitely notice the temperature increasing at times. All in all, I'd likely purchase another one if the price came down. $49 seems excessive for what I'm getting.

I tried it and I saw very little difference. Too expensive for what the product provides. I returned it.
