Arrived at our door very fast delivery, unfortunately we had a problem with three of the lids, got in touch with their customer service, what a breath of fresh air to have a prompt friendly service that gave good advice about their product and replaced the faulty lids as well. Really happy with the product quality, look and feel shows a well made product that should last a long time. One other problem we had was an effect on one of the saucepans on the inside called "Bluing" this turned out to be our hard water, using half a lemon, removed this effect and returned the inside back to its original shine. It is similar to how limescale starts to build up in your kettle or any other metal products due to hard water. This is now something we are aware of when we clean these pans. Maybe I will be investing in a water softener later on? If you want a quality product with good customer service you cannot go wrong with these.

Brilliant pans - work amazingly on my induction hob! The best feature for me is that you can drain the water easily using the clever steamer holes in the lid. The frying and sautee pan are both good sizes in the 8 piece set and good quality non-stick. The only additional item I would say I need is a smaller frying pan, just for those ocassions when you're cooking something small. Otherwise really good value for money.

I love these pans. They work perfectly on an induction hob. They are a little on the heavy side but this makes them robust. They cook very evenly and the variety of pans have so far not left me needing anything else. They are super easy to clean too. I know they can go in the dishwasher but I usually do them by hand as they are pretty big and take up all the space. Both the non-stick and the metal interiors clean very easily.

A great beautiful set, with great value. Hopefully one day my misses will allow me to use them haha

The pots and pans themselves are excellent - very smart, cook well and very easy to clean. However with our set, one of the glass lids exploded in the dishwasher during the drying phase covering everything in powdered glass. Hoping it was just a defective lid as we haven't had any issues with the others - have requested a replacement from the seller and await to hear a response.

I have only had this set for a couple of months and lid shattered, when it wasn't even on the hob i had cooked a meal and left it and in about half an hour o it's own accord the lid shatteted and tiny glass fragments scattered around. I would never buy these again. The saucepans have been ok so far, but the lids are a worry. Also I've noticed that they don't have vent which most glass lids do.Also the non stick coating in one of saucepans peeled away.

These are without doubt the best set of pans we have ever bought. The weight of the pans is very reassuring with regards to feeling of quality and the ability to put all of the pans into the oven is a great feature. Going to have to build up in the Gym though as our pans are hung on an overhead rack which we raise and lower for access and the weight of all 8 pans is substantial to say the least.
