High chair that doesn't look like a high chair
I wanted a high chair that didn't look like a high chair. Mission accomplished! This blends so well with our kitchen table, and doesn't stick out like an eye sore. We get so many compliments on how cool the chair is. Our now 8 month old has been using it for almost a month now, and has plenty of room to grow into. Two downfalls , the tray only has one locked position, and the headrest of the chair has no padding. So if your baby isn't sitting upright steadily, I would wait to purchase this chair until they were more stable. That way their head isnt likely to flop back and hit the back of the chair, or slide around too much. So other than loving this chairs esthetics, I love that your baby has plenty if room to grow into this chair. Just make sure babe is old enough and strong enough to hold themselves upright.

Great high chair
After I decided I wanted to get this style of chair (because of our small space and not wanting to have to buy a separate booster seat), I compared features to the Stokke and Keekaroo. We've had it for a month and I'm really glad we went with this one.Advantages over the more expensive models: The seat height adjusts with a button instead of an allen wrench which is a major advantage. I've used it already as impromptu extra seating for adults in our dining room. I wanted a five-point harness for my super squirmer, but I haven't had to use it yet. Cushion and tray are included.Disadvantages: I imagine the Stokke is faster to assemble (though really this wasn't the worst non-Ikea assembly), wider (vs. longer) footprint, which could be an advantage depending on your space.Everything wipes down really easily with a baby wipe or clorox wipe, it seems very sturdy after re-tightening the screws after the first use, and the espresso stain wood seems higher quality than I expected. If I were in charge I might make the tray a bit bigger or more rectangular so it sits closer to our table, though then it wouldn't be able to fit in our single sink so easily. (Note - our dining room table is above average height, otherwise I think it would slide over it nicely, or of course you wouldn't have to use the tray, it just seems easier for the baby to pick food up with the lip of the tray). I wish the tray was more adjustable, but it's already more adjustable in height and depth than most. My only real complaint is that it seems like there are quite a few nooks and crannies where food gets stuck on the belt and where the tray attaches, but I haven't seen any chairs where this doesn't happen.

Good but not the only chair you'll need
If you consider this high chair, make sure you have plenty of room. It doesn't fold up like most high chairs and is pretty large. It is very nice looking, though. The cherry is extra red in color. Much more red than our cherry dining room set. The back is not adjustable so I would not recommend for a young baby who cannot sit upright on his own. My six month old cannot use it yet - he needs something that reclines a bit. The tray does not have a cup holder either. The tray is not really easy to remove for cleaning like some high chairs. It is very solid and stylish. It is a good value.Update:We are using this more regularly now and the tray seems to get in the way of taking child in and out. The fabric seat does not have a hole under the seat for easy release. The straps are easily twisted making it a pain to buckle the child in quickly. The legs are big and adults (and children) trip over them frequently.Update:We are still using this high chair on a second child and still like it. The tray is not nearly as tight as it used to be and the bottom of the tray broke off from the connector. We are trying to get a replacement part for it.

Great quality
I'm really impressed with the quality of the materials. It's very sturdy and has a bit of weight to it. I was worried with the small pricetag that it wouldn't be good quality, but it was. The pictures of how to construct it could be a little easier by labeling the items left or right. I kept getting that wrong. But got it built in about an hour.

You get what you pay for (and see)
On the plus side, the high chair is compact and won't take over your dining room; it looks fine. It's not particularly well built, though. One of the connectors that holds in the tray broke after only two months; it is possible to get replacement parts, but it's a pain. It took them weeks to respond to the request at all, and then it was just to send me to a different website to buy the part (although it was only five bucks, it's a bit of insult to injury - and the fact that they only warrant materials for 30 days tells you how it's built). The part issues would be a minor annoyance, except you really want the tray to be securely attached because of our second issue - the harness is very loose and not that adjustable. Our daughter is 10 months and 18 pounds, and the harness doesn't come close to tightening snugly. The manufacturers all say not to leave your child alone in a high chair, but here you really can't - infants can get out without a lot of effort if they're in maximum wriggle mode (and I'm a pretty laid-back dad). All in all, it's okay, but a little better design and materials would have gone a long way.

Looks great but has its drawbacks.
I bought this because I could not stand the thought of an ugly plastic white chair with a pink cushion in our kitchen! This is sleek and blends in with our decor. However there’s a lot to not like. The tray is really hard to loosen and snap back in - you really have toPut force into it. The tray is not even removable; it simply tilts forward. The cushion is not easily washable. The safety straps are awkward, loose and confusing to put on. But hey, it does look good.

Great Product, especially for the money
This was one of the cheaper nice looking wooden high chairs with a 5 point harness, cushion & tray included. Our son is 7 months old and loves it. Seems very secure, although he is about 18 lbs and seems a little loose in the straps. It also gets a little dirtier than I would imagine, what with food slipping into the crack, but all in all it's a simple, secure, classy highchair. Love it!

Not sturdy
Hard ware keeps falling out, keeps getting loose which is unsafe if child is harnessed in the seat. Have had to re tightened all bolts and even look for replacement t bolts to better secure it. Otherwise I would have been happy with it
