Poor durability for my unit. Poor customer service.
I purchased this product less than six months ago. Truth be told, I absolutely loved it. It appears well made and high quality. It appeared to be durable. We had a bad storm and my badge went from looking new to completely degraded basically overnight. This is not a slow deterioration. In fact, I was just showing the badge off to my dad just a few days ago.I can understand that if the badge were in my car several years, seeing some degradation might be normal. But that’s not the case here. We are talking less than six months. And it was instant after a storm came through. I didn’t go to a car wash. I didn’t power wash the badge. The paint just basically fell off.Given the very short durability, I assume there was some sort of manufacturing defect. I contacted the seller in good faith and asked if they could send a replacement given what happened. The seller did not offer to send a replacement, rather suggested that I try to polish the badge. This was rather disappointing. There is nothing to polish - the protective coating is gone and the paint is peeling/falling off.I’m not out here trying to score a free badge. It’s inexpensive. I could easily just buy another one. But given that this one just basically fell apart overnight, I think it is clearly a manufacturing issue. To suggest that I polish the badge was more than disappointing.I was hoping that a small business would focus on customer service and stand behind their products, but that does not appear to be the case. I’m pretty sad about it, because it was a nice badge.Now I’m left with this badge that’s falling apart after less than six months with no recourse or empathy from the seller.

Excellent Product & Good Deal
I bought this for my dad for his birthday and he loved it!!! He has other "Big Red One" stickers on all his vehicles but he really loved this one because it'll last longer and it's metal.
