Fantastic little fans!
Ordered these fans to cool down an overheating Xbox One X. The Xbox is in the bottom of a closed in TV unit and the Xbox fans were blowing on full power almost all the time, especially with certain games (No Mans Sky in particular). Plugged these fans into spare USB port in back of Xbox and put fans on top, facing front. WOW! what a difference. The Xbox fans are now silent. The cooling fans themselves are very quiet, and although they don't look much when you unpack them they are very effective.

Pretty good
I bought these to cool down an Xbox 360 that was in a TV cabinet.I originally cleaned out the Xbox but still needed extra cooling as the Xbox fans were still struggling. I didn't want to spend much so these seemed the best for the price. They are very well made and run lovely and quiet. They cool the Xbox down great now they are installed, but because of the way I wanted them the side that is exposed towards the kids had the fan blades exposed. This meant that I had to get some mesh and cut it to size to put over the side to cover the fan. I would of happily paid a little more to buy extra guards or to have a model with switchable direction but this wasn't available. Maybe something that could be improved on in the future but all in all a well made product that does the job.

Superb little things
My new Denon AVR2200W A/V receiver was placed on the bottom of a 2 shelf TV unit with only a couple of inches clearance from the top of the receiver to the glass shelf above it and it was getting very, VERY hot. It was almost too hot to touch the top of the receiver and it was doing a good job of heating the glass shelf above it up as well.I found these little beauties and... Wow! What an absolutely fantastic job they do of keeping my new baby cool. Even when everything is switched off and the room is quiet, I still cannot hear these things. That might be because they are almost wedged underneath a glass shelf, but I am absolutely over the moon at what these have done; the top of my receiver is now very nearly ambient temperature.Set up was quite easy. There's only 8 rubber pads to stick in each corner of the fans' cases and then find a suitable USB socket to plug them into and away you go. I love that there are 2 of them wired into to the same USB plug, because one is never enough, right?I would buy these again in heartbeat. I think I'm going to buy some more to sit on top of my Xbox.

Exceptional pair of fans
These fans are truly exceptional. I bought them to push air around my external HDDs and network switches, which are hidden away behind a row of DVDs on my TV cabinet, to keep them all cool. They move a lot of air, and the HDDs, which used to run quite hot, are now happily just above room temperature and out of sight - job done! That they are USB powered means I don't need to fork out extra for a power supply as they are running off of the spare port of a USB hub that serves the HDDs. They each have a sticker on them which says 0.09A, so I assume for the pair they draw 180mA, which may stress a USB hub if it's powering other things, but mine is only otherwise serving self-powered devices so it is more than fine.As far as noise levels go, they really are whisper quiet - barely audible. My fans in the home cinema amplifier make more noise when it is on.I commend these, and at £12 for a pair they are a steal!

Great fans thanks guys
Bought these as i recently put my ps4 in a glass cabinet i knew it would start to overheat as it was in a confined space so i installed these fans to blow some cool air into the cabinet and they work perfectly, keep the cabinet and ps4 cool and they barely make a sound, just a small humming noise that isnt really noticeable unless listening for it!

Would be five stars if it wasn't for the crappy foam feet
Quite, quality fans that you can plug into any USB for power. I use them to increase the air flow and get heat out. You get exactly what you see and I could find a dozen uses for them. For my purpose I just wanted to put them directly on the floor and here's the only drawback for the package. I got lousy foam feet with bad glue that doesn't stick with a bit vibrating sound due to this. Not a big problem just took me a bit longer to find replacement feet. You can also attach them by screws.

Problem with noise
These would have got 5 stars except one of the two fans rattles intermittently which is very annoying. If they were both silent then I would have been much happier. Apart from that they work as expected and are good value for money.

Brilliant Quiet & Cooler
After much thought, having a Sky HD (notoriously warm)Xbox One and a Blu Ray Player in an enclosed wooden unit was leading to to much focused warmth. I had drilled lots of air holes in the rear of the unit but it wasn't making enough difference. After some hunting, the Coolerguys products were very well received in the US so seemed a natural choice for my needs. Using a spare iPhone AC plug (although any USB socket on equipment will work) i placed to fans inside the cabinet, closed the doors and let them run. So far, Silent and Much Much Cooler!! Very happy. I have swapped the grill round on one fan so i can see visually which one is the exhaust fan until such time as i decide to mount them on the back on the cabinet. If you need some cooling the doesn't cost the earth or want to test a cheap route into cooling your units prior to maybe spending more on an automated system, then i certainly say these are worth it. Time will tell but on day 1, very happy, will be monitoring over the next few days, but im confident i can simply forget about them now until a decide to mount.
