Good Docking Tool
The recipes I have for making Eccles Cakes and Mincemeat Slices required the pastry to be docked, so I bought this tool. It does the job very well and is easy to clean. The price was OK, so recommended.

Make it more sturdy as the prongs do break a bit used it a few times is easy to use
