Pretty fast shipping. I have ordered these in the past . I cannot find these at any pharmacy or store in my area. I thought they were discontinued. Found on Amazon at a decent price

I'm not freaking out anymore
I've been struggling with anxiety and depression for years now. I've tried loads of things to help myself overcome this. Yoga, meditation, other supliments. It got so bad it was affecting my everyday life, at work, at home, with friends. I heard great things about 5htp and wanted to try it. When you're sick you just want to get better and I was up to try anything. I've been on it for over two weeks now and there is definitely a change in me. I'm more positive at work.which is difficult in itself. But I'm not freaking out about things as much or anymore. I just hope they never stop making this . Packaged well, arrived early, large pills.
They were packaged REALLY well in a box with bubble wrap and packing peanuts and arrived earlier than expected, BUT these pills are huge. I don't have a problem swallowing pills, but these require a very large gulp of water. 4 pills is the recommended daily dose. 2 pills twice a day.UPDATE: the pill size actually hasn't been as much of an issue as I expected. The smooth coating making them slick when wet so they glide down easily. As far as the effect, I actually think they're making a difference! I'm always skeptical of supplements and most really don't do anything, but since I started taking these a week or so ago I've felt a lot calmer. Life is stressful right now and it's relieving to take the edge off. Placebo or not I'm going to keep taking them daily.

Angry and lash out? Well this is for you
This product changed my daily life with my husband. Found this out by mistake and was only trying to help provide a little extra happy mind supplement to my man's day. I won't rate this low because it took 15 days to get to my house when it said it would take 2. I suffer from OCD, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. Yeah...I know. I'm a mess, but I'm trying like heck not to go on synthetic medication. I took these for a month and believe it truly helped me feel normal. Now that I've been without these for 10 days longer than I expected, I can feel the anxiety and depression bubbling up again. If you're going to take these, make sure you have the second bottle ready to go before you run out. Great product TERRIBLE delivery time.

Not sure. Gives me brain fog.
I only take these at night because I am so groggy from them. It takes quite some time to get with it in the morning. I'm hoping my body adjusts but haven't seen much improvement in the last 2 weeks. I've taken 5-htp by itself before without an issue.

Saying Goodbye to Moodiness and Depression
This blend really works for me. I have struggled with moodiness and depression for years. After much discussion and research we decided to try a regular supplement regiment.
