It is tiny child size... uncomfortable to wear i had to stretch it out to get it on. Booo doesn't even fit my pinky.

Even though this is adjustable, I had to give it quite a pull just to get it on my ring finger. So I would say it definitely runs on the small side. It is really thick and so it's not the most comfortable ring to wear. I do think it's very pretty looking though. It comes in a nice little ring box.
