These are great for our classroom latops. Keeps them safe with in use with the kids. Fits the laptops well and stays in place while in use. Highly recommend.

Bought this case for an inexpensive 11-inch laptop. The case by itself is made of soft, squishy foam and like most cases has four straps inside to hold the laptop's corners down. The straps on one end are elastic black fabric which I recommend you use to secure the screen end of your laptop, since they will handle the stress of lifting the screen open. The straps on the other side, however, are made of thin, transparent plastic that don't look that strong but are probably OK for just holding the keyboard end of the laptop in place while you lift the screen upward. I was afraid they might break but they're still intact after six months.I wanted to add a little more rigidity to the case, so I cut two pieces of stiff foam-core project board that's available at any department, office supply or arts-and-crafts store (about 7 1/2 in. x 10 1/2 in.), which I placed inside the case, tucking them under the corner straps and placing the laptop on top, also secured by the straps. This worked well to keep the laptop from sliding around in the case and added another layer of protection. The case with the laptop and boards inside still zips up nicely to make a snug, sturdy package.

It seems made well. Multiple reviews said size down cause it runs big for lap tops. I did not find this to be anywhere close to the truth. Get the size that fits your computer.I finally got the size I needed and it fits and looks great!

My computer HP ENVY 15M-EDXXX is more than just poorly supported with accessories (like a hard case protector). A laptop should be portable and able to take a bit of abuse and/or accident. I like this laptop, although I miss my Surface Pro 6 I really miss that my 3 Surface tablets (they never lasted more than 18 months) and that I don't miss. That said, at least Microsoft supports their product! I was looking forward to this being a solution to leaving a 'skin' on my laptop all the time as you wouldn't need to take this off. I ordered the correct size. Once I got it and put my laptop in it. I measured the case. It is literally 2" too wide and 1" too long (depth). I could sew it better....but why the hell should I? The case is extremely thin and floppy. I'm of the opinion, a case should fit like a condom. No accidents. I'd get pregnant with this thing! They don't even want me to return the case, they just refunded my money. That should say everything about the case and their faith in their own product...they don't have any.
