When I took the pillow out of the box & plastic, I thought it would take some time to fluff up, but within seconds, it was PERFECT! Every crinkle was smoothed out & it was LUXURIOUSLY fluffed up!The ZIPPERED cover is soft & easy to machine wash/dry.The pillow has the perfect amount of fluff & comfort! I use it for my head, as well as to prop my feet up (I have leg swelling issues, so I prop my feet at night when they get really bad). It is also nice between your knees to support your hip for side sleepers. It helps keep the hip level, which is nice for my teen who has had surgeries on both hips.The pillow itself has ventilation holes on it & they work very well. I do NOT get overheated when using it, even in the high heat of summer The pillow has ZERO odor & is my new favorite pillow!I am thinking of buying some of these as presents for massage therapists in our family for Christmas.I WOULD purchase it again!

My grandma used to get me pillows every few years and I asked her what kind they were. They were always from Macy's, but I finally found one here on Amazon! They last for several years as well. Way better than the hard memory foam pillows.

Was a tad on the thin side and a wee bit softer than I'd like. Strong latex smell. Cheap not detachable cover. I've definitely used better.

This pillow is working great for me. It didn't start out that way though. I got a headache from the smell of it the first night. I washed it in the bathtub like they suggested. It took at least a week for it to dry. It still smelled bad. I left it in the closet for a couple months after that. When I tried it again, the smell was mostly gone and has worked very well since then. It now is the pillow I hoped it would be.

Others have mentioned that it is like sleeping on a cloud. I found this soft but so soft as to sink totally down to the mattress. If this was the level of firmness I needed I would have kept it. Unfortunately, I truly need a firm pillow since I am a side sleeper with back issues.

This pillow is the perfect height and never goes flat. It is made very well. My husband says it’s too soft but I think for a smaller person it’s perfect!

I'm having so much neck trouble due to pillow being too firm maybe someone with heavy head it would be better for... like big guys... for a petite small woman... no good
