The bike is so cool !!! It's an aesthetic masterpiece !!!Well built,easy to assembly,the components are of very high quality, ergonomic seat is very comfortable,and it has 5 levels of speed,shows great performance.With powerful motor and the large battery,it has a steady top speed of 34 mph.The acceleration rate is perfect,won't be very aggressive and feel safe.What's more,the GPS function is so useful !!! I can see the remaining battery capacity when I ride with long trips.The setup is simple. Great quality with great price! I love it !

The media could not be loaded. I like to say I like the bike I like the bike design, but when I got delivered my first E bike it came with so many under the paint. When I first received it, it had 2 big gashes on the logo showing metal underneath. I had error code 4 and 6 popping up. I put the battery in the battery pack and the bike won’t turn on, but it will work the next day. The throttle does not want to work anymore or It comes and goes whenever it feels like. I have only driven it twice and had for a week when this problem start to happen It came with too many issues for me to wait 30 days or more for smart travel to solve my problem.

This product does looks cool but the ride was rough, rear springs are way too much even after adjusting and I weigh 225. The seat is hard as a rock so with the rear suspension it was a rough ride. Throttle is not consistent, sometimes it takes right off and other times it is delayed. Everything else seems to be nicely done, excellent braking, shifting was smooth. There was one odd thing, the book said to press the M button to start the bike but there is no indicator of an M button anywhere so it took me a bit to get the damn thing turned on. If you are going to put two shocks on the rear use lighter springs and I am looking for some if anyone has suggestions. I actually found new shocks and put them on and WOW! what a difference I actually love the ride now. Technical support was rough but once I got the right person it was a lot better although they promised me gifts and then told me they cant find my address but it was the same that they sent the bike to. It will not do 70 miles though no matter how much you peddle, more like 45 miles max. Im also getting different handle bars 4 inch rise so I can stand up more comfortably. Hope this helps.

I have ridden this bike for the past three days I have over 70 miles on the bike and it is honestly the most fun that I have had in a long time. Battery life is amazing. Wheels are nice and thick takes hills with ease. And it feels very powerful. They also have a very great support system and answer very quickly. If I could give this 10 stars, I would.

Good bike but they sent me the single motor not the dual motor. The description says dual motor.

I ordered this bike June 15. It cost me $2004.49. It came with the front forks bent. I tried numerous times to send it back. I got a run around over and over and over. It’s July 24 still sitting in the box It came in the biggest rip off ever. Do not purchase anything from these people. They don’t care about you whatsoever. It’s a scam. The bike is a piece of junk don’t do it.

I’ve had this bike for a couple weeks and I love it! Riding to it’s highest speed without and problems is great! Handles well with bumps in the road.

Love this thing it is fast and fun. I do wish the android app was available for the GPS and mapping function.
